Wushu
Discover how Wushu develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through the mastery of various stances and routines.
Wushu provides students with opportunities to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through the mastery of various stances and routines. Students learn both fist and weapon routines, which emphasise precision, control, and showmanship.
As students become familiar with complete routines, they may have the opportunity to represent the school in the National School Games. Beyond building skills and sportsmanship, Wushu instils discipline, resilience, and mental focus through consistent and structured training.
Students also take part in performances, where they confidently showcase their dedication and skills. These experiences not only highlight their progress, but also cultivate self-confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of pride and accomplishment.
