Student Learning Space (SLS)
This page provides contact details for SLS helplines during and outside school hours. Students may reach the school-based helpline or the SLS Helpdesk depending on the time of day.
As part of its commitment to nurturing future-ready learners, the Ministry of Education had announced that all students in Singapore schools will be supported in their learning by the Singapore Student Learning Space (SLS), an online learning platform that contains curriculum-aligned resources and learning tools.
With the SLS, students will be able to learn better through the use of technology. Students will be able to learn anytime, anywhere, and at their own pace, whether independently or with their peers. Teachers will also be able to use the SLS to complement their classroom teaching, further enriching students’ learning experience. SLS Support for Home-based Learning
School Operating Hours
During school operating hours, students should contact the School-based Helpline for SLS queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts, as well as queries about lesson assignments.

For other matters, students can email the SLS Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com (opens in new tab). When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, they should include their full name, name of school and form class.
Non-School Operating Hours
Students can only contact the SLS Helpdesk outside the school operating hours.
